Our Kitchen
Our deli features specialty coffees made with organic fair-trade locally roasted coffee beans, beautiful organic teas plus a variety of tasty fruit smoothies. We offer a selection of vegan soups, salads, sandwiches, dips and often have feature specialty items ready to go. All of our cookies, muffins, and desserts are dairy and egg free and baked using locally ground spelt flour. We also have gluten free options available every day such as fresh baked cookies & muffins. Several of our staple products like our brownies, macaroons and sun bars are flour-free every day. We offer a range of freshly made sweet and savory goodies that change from day to day so keep an eye on our Instagram for updates. If you like something we have made and want to see it more often, let us know. If you want to special order anything that we have or haven’t made, we are open to your requests.
We use local organic ingredients wherever possible. The deli is vegan* & peanut free**. We are proud to offer many gluten-free options (marked GF) but we are not a gluten-free facility. We make everything from scratch when possible. All of our packaging is compostable except for our sandwich, tofu, and brownie wrap.
*Optional dairy products and honey for coffee are available. We can also provide dairy cheeses upon request for catering orders.
**Though we do not use peanuts in the deli, we do sell products in the store that do contain peanuts.

Catering
Holding a meeting or event? Having a family get-together or a friends’ night in? We cater! See our menu below for a variety of platters, snacks, salads, and sweets. We use local ingredients wherever possible. We are vegan (but have dairy options) and peanut-free. We are proud to offer many gluten-free options (marked GF) but we are not a gluten-free facility. We are also able to meet a wide variety of other special dietary requirements, so please do inquire. Please provide at least 4 days notice to ensure availability. Large orders will require a 50% deposit.
