Orders are delivered by our bicycle trailer system, and can be received weekly, bi-monthly, or only when you need it. No commitment or membership required! We pack your order for you and deliver directly to your door, or alternatively, you can pick it up at our storefront location.

How does it Work?

Browse our product categories to find what you need. Click on a category to see a full list of products available. To request an item simply click on it to send it to cart. Continue to shop and send to cart until you have what you need. Aside from grocery items, we deliver our fresh produce, plus refrigerated items, like soy, dairy and eggs. Frozen items are not available through our bicycle delivery system, but can be purchased in-store. We have an entire grocery store of organic essentials and treats, not all of which is visible online, if you can’t find what you’re looking for, let us know, we’ll do what we can to find it for you.

Orders can be sent in as a one time request, or be placed as standing orders to receive on a regular weekly or bi-monthly basis. Order a Co-op box stocked full of fresh, organic produce, buy a few groceries at a time, or have us pack and deliver your week’s worth of grocery needs. Grocery orders can be tacked onto Co-op boxes, or either can be ordered independently. No commitment, no membership required.

When you’re ready, proceed to the shopping cart and check-out. We will contact first time users by phone to get payment information.

Green indicates our $5 delivery zone, while blue is our $10 zone.

Additional Bulk charges may be applied, depending on the weight or size of your order. We will contact you before processing the order if this is the case.

Delivery Time
We offer delivery via bicycle on Wednesdays between 4pm-7pm. To receive your groceries on Wednesday, orders must be placed by noon on the Monday previous. To better guarantee you receive the items you are looking for, we would recommend you try to place your order by noon on the Thursday previous to delivery.

• Order Thursday at noon to better guarantee your selection.
• Orders can be placed at any time, any day, so long as they are placed by Monday, noon at the latest.
• Wednesday is delivery day between 4pm-7pm.

Not available for delivery within the scheduled window? Let us know if there is an alternate location (like a neighbour’s house) where we can drop off your groceries for you. Pickup is also available during our regular store hours, void of delivery fee of course.

Co-op Box

The Co-op box is a bountiful assortment of fresh, quality, organic fruits and vegetables. The contents of the Co-op box changes weekly depending on seasonal availability. Choose from a small box (feeds 1-2) or large box (feeds 3-4) to suit your needs.

When you initially sign up an account; let us know your preferences, dislikes/allergies; we’re more than willing to make substitutions where we can of items you do like for the items you don’t of the approximate equal value.

Groceries can be ordered in addition to Co-op boxes, simply click on “add groceries” to access our selection of grocery products.

We also accept standing orders of Co-op boxes. When placing your order you can choose to receive your Co-op box on a regular weekly or bi-monthly basis.

Quality Guarantee/Refund Policy
We are conscious to check that all orders have been properly packed with only the best quality product prior to distribution. We ask that upon receiving your order, have a look to see if anything is missing or spoiled. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us via phone or email with your invoice #, and date of purchase. We will credit your following invoice.
